First, I wish to formally commend the exceptional work Fred did for us on our recent trip.  He has remarkable skills and knowledge with a pleasant personality that makes traveling with him a pleasure.  Prior to his arrival we had a couple of unfortunate experiences with people who could not keep their word and gave a poor impression of Kenya.  All of that changed with Fred, who saved our trip and encouraged us to try to provide others with the experience we had in your country.

Although this was our first trip to Kenya, both of us have traveled extensively in Africa and elsewhere.  Fred is among the best guides we have met.  I do not hesitate to give him my highest commendation. If you or he needs a reference please contact me.

I just wanted to thank you for putting together such a wonderful safari!  This was my first trip to Africa and your safari definitely was the most memorable part of the trip.  The Amboseli National Park with its multiple herds of elephants was definitely a sight to see.  Our driver was very knowledgeable about the park and was very pleasant to get to know.   The Ambroseli Sopa Lodge where we stayed had amazing accommodations and we could even see Mount Kilimanjaro from our room!   

Thank you again for putting together such an amazing trip.

I have used Aramati Safaris to help organize interims.  John Ndegwa is a Daystar grad, reliable, a can-do person, a problem solver.  Without him, my troubles increase tenfold.  With him, I enjoy the interim knowing a competent partner "has my back." 


When my friend Ole Teleu was kidnapped last week, and I could not be assured that he was safe or that police were doing a real search, I called Ndegwa to investigate, which he would have done successfully, but Teleu showed up on the eve of Ndegwa's departure for west Kenya.  I mention this because I count on Ndegwa not only for safe and pleasant travel
arrangements, but to "trouble shoot" for us.   He is one of the "arguments"

I put forward to Calvin's Travel Safety Committee when I reason with them about interim travel to Kenya.

Aramati Safaris has been providing transportation services to our mission teams coming from Texas in the United States for the last two years.  We have found their services to be excellent.  They have done everything they have promised and more.  Their drivers have become an important part of our teams—from getting us to where we need to be on time to assisting our work teams in the vision clinics.  There have been some challenging situations in getting five work teams to different locations on time even when the road conditions were almost impossible.  The drivers skill allowed us to arrive to the clinics and serve the hundreds of people who were there to be treated.  We will continue to work with Aramati Safaris on future trips and missions to Kenya.  Paul Althoff Director Foreign Missions Salem Lutheran Church Tomball, Texas USA.

I want to thank you for a wonderful time on the safari organized by your company. Our driver Stephen was prompt and picked us up from our hotel in the suburbs of Nairobi early in the morning. We set off to the Mara. The drive was a great adventure. The accommodations provided at the Mara Sopa Lodge were wonderful. The lodge had a swimming pool overlooking the vast expanse of the Masai Mara which was a great way to relax in the afternoon. The driver was very well versed with the Mara trails and we got to see a lot of animals. I was suprised and thankful at how upclose we got to the lions, the majestic beasts of the Mara.
 
The trip was a magical adventure and made more pleasant by our driver and his knowledge of the Mara as well as the accommodations provided by your company. I would highly recommend Aramati Safaris for anyone contemplating a Safari in Kenya.

Thank you so much for your services in our travel to Kenya.  You went above and beyond our expectations by even meeting us at my brother's house to finish taking care of details and taking care of our last minute changes.  Our experiences on the safari and at the ARK were beyond words.  We loved every minute of it and felt very comfortable that every detail was taken into account. 

One suggestion I would make, though.  We felt we should have taken a little more money with us on the safari.  We didn't realize we would be stopping at gift shops on the way and would have felt more comfortable if we could have bought at least a little something at each one.  Also, we would have liked to tip those who took care of us a little better, but didn't have enough money with us to do so.  I am sure it was all Ok, but we would have liked to have been a little more prepared in that way.

I lived in Kenya for 6 months as a visiting lecturer at Daystar University.


While there I spoke with lots of people about safaris and about who could best help me schedule a safari. I wasn't just a tourist blindly depending on web searches to arrange a personalized and unique safari. Also, I needed to schedule 3 different safaris while in Kenya. After detailed conversations with a number of agencies, I decided to work with John Ndegwa and Aramati Safaris. I have absolutely no regrets and I recommend him to everyone I know who is wanting to have a true "experience of a lifetime" in Kenya. John made all of the arrangements for transportation (van, train, and air), accommodations, and guides. As always happens, I needed to request adjustments, some at the last minute, due to changes in schedule and sights I wanted to see. Mr. Ndegwa was always accommodating, providing sage advice and making every change possible. He always said his heart's desire was to provide for me the best experience possible and he did exactly that. I will be returning to Kenya often, I hope, and John Ndegwa will be the first person I contact each time for all of my travel needs.
